Terms of Service
Payment and Refunds
Payment is due at checkout, no holds or payment plans.
Cancellations are not always permitted so please be sure you want to buy the product you are looking at.
Custom slots are refundable, however if I've already started on your order I will only issue a 75% refund and your order will be completed then listed in a future release for anyone to buy.
Shipping
Shipping prices are calculated based on USPS or UPS postage rates. These rates are subject to change and are expected to increase next year (again).
For mousepads: Priority shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of the product.
Pre-made items will ship within 1 week of your purchase but typically ship in 1-3 days.
If you are in the US, please allow 2-7 days for delivery. If you are outside of the US, please allow 1-5 weeks for delivery.
Address Changes
Please email, direct message, or comment on my posts on Instagram about any address changes as soon as possible to ensure I see it before I fulfill your order.
Lost Orders
If your tracking number shows that your order was lost during transit, I will offer you a 50% refund. Since international orders do not have thorough tracking please allow up to 8 weeks to see if the item could have just been delayed during transit before requesting a 50% refund for the lost item as this if often the case.
In some cases we can work out a way to do a custom version of the product for 50% off the original price.
International Custom Fees
I am not responsible for customs fees if there are any. Please be wary of import fees especially in Canada. I know that they can be very steep for high value orders, I do try to always value them less than what they were sold for since these are handmade items.
Returns and Exchanges
I will not be accepting returns or exchanges for any products once they arrive in your hands
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or flawed then please let me know with a photo by email or direct message and we can work out a solution to replace, fix the item, or given a partial refund.
Trying to remove the handle is the easiest way to damage pacifiers so please try to refrain from doing so. The teat can be washed in your sink or with wipes while still assembled.
Please treat all items with care.
Additional Policies
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Failure to follow terms of service can result in prohibition from future purchases.
I have the right to prohibit/blacklist anyone from my shop for rudeness, threats, frequent returning, fraudulent flags, chargebacks, etc.
I am not responsible for any injury while products are in use.
