Do you take custom orders?
Sorry no custom orders. Every now and then I will have custom slots available just for pacifiers, but it is rare.

Where is my tracking information?
You will receive an email once your order has shipped and this will have your tracking information. All ready-to-ship items typically go out within a few days. If you did not receive an order confirmation email please send me an email or direct message with your order number/name/address.

Why is international shipping so expensive?
I provide parcel shipping for all products with USPS. The cost of the actual postage is typically higher than what I charge since the costs have increased over the years. Please be wary of any international fees that are out of my control. All international sales are final and will usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Are your products 18+?
I have no 18+ policy but I highly discourage anybody under the age of 18 from ordering my products. (Pacifiers are not for babies, clearly there are choking hazards.)

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I do not accept any returns or exchanges. If your product arrives damaged then please let me know and we can work out a solution to replace, fix, or receive a refund on the item. Please treat your items with care.
